About The Position
Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified General Anesthesiologist to join a growing anesthesia team in Pueblo, Colorado. This position offers the choice of distinct practice tracks, minimal call responsibilities with nocturnist support, and the opportunity to manage diverse, high-acuity cases while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide anesthesia care across multiple settings, including trauma centers (Level 1–3) and outpatient surgery centers.
- Perform a variety of cases including trauma, obstetrics, spine, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, GI, and general surgery.
- Deliver both independent and supervised anesthesia care, ensuring safe, effective patient outcomes.
- Focus on regional anesthesia and block techniques to enhance recovery and optimize patient care.
- Participate in occasional home call with 45-minute callback requirements (minimal weekend call).
- Collaborate with a physician-led team, contributing to clinical excellence and patient safety.
