Kia of Irving is seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Finance & Insurance Producer to assist us in assisting our sales staff and customers. The Finance Producer is a significant revenue generator for the dealership and must possess a strong focus on compliance requirements while providing a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.

Role Responsibilities

• Financing:
  • Assist customers with acquiring financing solutions, obtain rates, correspond with lenders and banks, and present loan terms related to the purchase of the vehicle. The Finance Producer will maintain an excellent working relationship with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Product Sales:
  • Provide customers with thorough understanding of aftermarket products like extended warranties, gap insurance, and other protection plans to generate additional revenue for the dealership. The Producer must build rapport with customers to create a potential referral source.
• Paperwork and Compliance:
  • Process the necessary paperwork for financing, including credit applications, loan documents, and insurance forms. The Finance Producer must ensure all financial transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

Employee Prerequisites

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• 2 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position. Pay based on experience.
• Flexible schedule
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Capability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.
