LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in Beckley, West Virginia, 25801!

Pay Information

$500 per hour

About The Position

Hematology and Oncology Locums Physician - West Virginia

Hematology and Oncology assignment in southern West Virginia with full-time blocks, hospital call, and fast credentialing.

Highlights

  • Credentialing in 45-60 days; start early 2026
  • Full-time schedule; 3+ weeks per month required
  • Bone marrow biopsy procedures included

Practice Setting

  • Hospital-based cancer center
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient coverage
  • Team includes APPs, nurses, and CMAs
  • EMR : Cerner

    • Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 00-4 : 30
  • Inpatient call every 3rd week and 1 in 3 weekends
  • Long-term coverage available through 2026

    • Cases and Procedures

  • 15 adult patients per day
  • Oncology-focused care
  • Bone marrow biopsy required

    • Requirements

  • Board certified in Hematology and Oncology
  • West Virginia license required (temp license possible with clean record)
  • ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Airfare, lodging, and rental car provided
