Lead Maintenance at the Forefront of Manufacturing

Imagine starting your day in a state-of-the-art facility, gathering your maintenance crew for a quick huddle. You review overnight work orders, prioritize critical machines, and align Machine Maintenance and Electro / Mechanical technicians to keep production running. By mid-morning, you're troubleshooting a CNC issue, guiding a tech through a PLC diagnostic, and coordinating a planned outage so production can train operators on newly serviced equipment. In the afternoon, you refine a preventive maintenance plan, recommend a process improvement that can scale across sites, and check in with building services to ensure the facility is safe and reliable.

What You'll Own

• Direct day-to-day maintenance activities and assign tasks to meet production goals.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro / Mechanical tech resources to support the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and systems company-wide.
• Partner with production management on equipment maintenance, operator training, and safe operation.
• Oversee maintenance functions at the site, including building, machine, and support groups (varies by location).
