Your New Role

The Manager, Ad Sales Finance is responsible for providing transparent financial analysis for the linear media business. This position will work closely with Advertising Sales, Pricing and Planning, Research, and Accounting to provide key insights and actionable analysis.

Your Role Accountabilities

Create, own and maintain ad sales revenue financial models for weekly linear forecast for a large amount of networks and bridge prior week changes at a consolidated level

Partner with Sales and Pricing & Planning to identify financial risk & opportunities to the P&L

Prepare pacing reports by bundle tracking performance vs. target / vs. PY / vs. forecast

Ensure accuracy of financial reporting; work with Accounting to ensure reconciliation to corporate P&L by account

Assist in the preparation of annual budget and long-range plan

Compile earnings support for Investor Relations on a quarterly basis

Identify key market opportunities and trends, drivers and variance analysis for earnings discussions by partnering with Accounting, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations

Identify ways to improve and streamline reporting

Assist with and drive special projects & ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications & Experience

5-8 years of finance / accounting experience

Entertainment / Digital Media experience a big plus

BS degree in Accounting / Finance, Economics or quantitative field

Strong analytical skills, ability to transform large data sets into clear concise analysis

Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel

Persistent attention to detail

Exceptional team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize time

High energy and sense of urgency in completing all tasks; proactive and enthusiastic to streamlining processes

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $95,900.00 - $178,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
