Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Experienced LOCUM Cardiothoracic Physician Assistants wanted for a full-time assignment in Anchorage, Alaska! Candidates will be practicing in the Full Continuum of Care in Heart Surgery. Our cardiac surgery is a full team endeavor that works across disciplines to ensure the very best for our heart surgery patients. Total team atmosphere!

6 month locum Full Time Contract with an opportunity to extend!

• Prior CV / CT experience is required
• Vein harvesting training and or experience is required
• Surgical experience required
• Will support 2 cardiothoracic surgeons
• APP will assist with inpatient and outpatient services including office visits, consults, discharges, and rounding

Schedule : Full Time Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts)

Occasional on-call shifts

Requirements :

Active Alaska State License

Active Alaska DEA

Experience in cardiac and thoracic surgery assisting
