JOB REQUIREMENTS : As the Business Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of company resilience related to three main areas of focus :

• Establishing the framework, requirements, management, training, and governance of business continuity processes and procedures companywide.
• Developing business continuity management policies and standards.
• Driving efforts across the organization to validate the effectiveness of business continuity strategies and plans inclusive of related third-party risk mitigation activities.

You will need to work on location at the nearest Crescent Electric branch or DC location. Regardless of chosen base office location, the Company will expect the selected candidate to attend scheduled meetings held within our East Dubuque, Illinois, Racine, Wisconsin, and other corporate locations. You will be expected to attend those meetings in-person, as well as maintain un-scheduled time within office locations with regularity as he / she works to build relationships and a sense of cohesiveness with employees across the business.
