Golf Shop Associate

Position Summary :

The Golf Shop Associate plays a key role in delivering a superior customer experience in a golf retail setting. This position is responsible for assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the appearance and organization of the golf shop, and supporting the operations of the facility. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about golf and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet all members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance on golf merchandise, including apparel, equipment, and accessories.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales, returns, and tee time reservations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including merchandising displays and stock levels.
• Assist in inventory control, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with other golf staff, including starters, rangers, and instructors.
• Promote upcoming club events, tournaments, and membership offerings.
• Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
