• Permanent and full-time position.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• M.S.W. from an accredited School of social work, current state licensure.
• Minimum experience post-graduate practice in a health care setting.
• Would consider hybrid 3 days on site, 2 remote - preference is for full-time on site.
