A company is looking for a Corporate Director, Talent & Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the employee listening strategy, including employee surveys and action planning based on feedback
Oversee talent development programs and manage the annual Talent Review process
Develop and implement internal mobility programs and talent management tools to enhance employee experience and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
Five years of related experience in designing and delivering talent solutions at scale
Prior experience leading Talent and Employee Experience teams in medium or large organizations
Certification in Hogan assessment or ability to complete within 6 months
Master's Degree or MBA preferred, along with 7+ years of related experience is a plus
