We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SIEM and Risk Assessment, and will play a key role in analyzing business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This is a day-shift role with no travel required.

Experience : 12 to 14 Years

Required Skills :

SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)

Certifications Required :

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Develop detailed business analysis reports outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Use SIEM tools to monitor and analyze security events.

Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Work with IT teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input.

Support project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Proven expertise in SIEM and risk assessment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated success in delivering business analysis projects in a hybrid environment.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.

Solid understanding of business processes and systems integration.
