Atlantic & Main Development is seeking a Lead Architect to guide the vision, design, and execution of our residential and multi-family development projects.

This role demands creativity, technical excellence, and leadership, someone who can transform ideas into beautiful, buildable realities.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee architectural design and project coordination from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with our Development & Construction Division to ensure build precision.
• Create, review, and approve construction drawings, site plans, and material specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and city officials to meet code and zoning standards.
• Manage design staff, draftsmen, and CAD specialists.
• Uphold Atlantic & Main’s design identity and brand standard in every project.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

✅ AIA Licensed or eligible for registration in Texas

✅ 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial design

✅ Strong understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software

✅ Ability to balance aesthetics, efficiency, and construction feasibility

✅ Leadership, communication, and attention to detail
