MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Welder Fabricator in Phoenix, AZ. This position will include both work in the company shop / yard, along with occasional field servicing.

Compensation :

  • $25.00 to $55.00 / hour based on skill level.
  • 100% employer paid benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, heavy savings account, life and AD&D, disability, 401K retirement savings account.
  • Wages are paid out weekly.

Schedule :

  • Day shift, 6AM start time, 10.5 hour work days + overtime.
  • 10-on-4-off, 9-on-5-off, or 8-on-6-off rotation schedule.

    • Key Qualifications :

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, & ARC welding is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of cutting and fabricating.
  • Must know how to use a CNC Plasma Table.
  • Good mechanical aptitude, and experience in the mining industry is beneficial.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license.
