Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Escondido, CA

Salary Rate : $100,000 - $150,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee industrial and heavy commercial plumbing projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. This role involves coordinating with various parties in an industrial setting, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage plumbing scope for commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and quality control
  • Resolve field issues and support foremen with technical guidance
  • Track project costs and approve invoices / change orders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of plumbing project management experience in mechanical construction
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
