Parts Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist in Bemidji, MN, to join a respected company specializing in heavy equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals who have hands-on experience in parts management, automotive, heavy machinery, or similar industries.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, Occasional weekend availability.

Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service by accurately identifying parts using electronic catalogs and resources.
Merchandise parts and maintain retail displays professionally.

Record transactions, manage invoices, and update inventory control systems.

Ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and storage of parts, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Assist with routine inventory checks and promptly report any discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.

Qualification Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in parts sales, automotive, heavy machinery, or related mechanical industries.

Knowledge of mechanical terminology and experience with inventory management systems.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use computer systems efficiently.
