As a Business Development Executive, your mission is elegantly simple yet profoundly impactful : you will identify and strategically engage "High-Value Targets" successful real estate agents and small service-based business owners through proactive, executive-level outreach. Your primary objective is to secure initial discovery meetings for our Partnership Development Executives. You are the vital first impression, the skilled communicator who captures attention and sparks curiosity, opening the door for our team to articulate our revolutionary investment and growth platform.

This role is about much more than just making calls; it's about initiating strategic conversations, building immediate rapport, and showcasing the potential for transformative partnerships. If you excel at generating a high volume of quality meetings with influential business leaders, your income potential and career advancement opportunities are truly exceptional.

Uncapped Earning Potential & Accelerated Career Trajectory

We believe in rewarding top performance. This remote position offers a highly attractive compensation structure :

Annual Income Potential : Ranging from 60,000 to 120,000+ in your first year.

Performance-Based Pay : Generous fees for held and closed meetings.

A Polished Professional : With a proven track record in executive appointment setting, high-value inside sales, or outside sales.

An Expert Communicator : Articulate, persuasive, and able to confidently engage in strategic conversations with powerful, successful business leaders. Excellent written communication skills are essential.

Results-Driven & Persistent : Unintimidated by challenges, relentless in pursuit of goals, and consistently able to secure high-quality appointments that stick.

Self-Assured & Confident : Possessing unshakable confidence and the ability to introduce yourself and our vision without prior introduction.

Key Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in cold calling, warm calling, outside sales, or high-value inside sales.
  • Exceptional conversational skills and a professional telephone presence.
  • High energy and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Laptop / Computer with a working webcam (for remote team collaboration).
