Description :
The Digital Marketing Specialist at RED Development is responsible to design, create, and schedule social and email marketing content to support the growth of the RED Development developments and mixed-use lifestyle properties. Works on the Marketing team to support digital strategy initiatives that elevate our retail tenants within the market and RED portfolio. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of RED Development properties, tenants and market goals. Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms, content creation and digital analytics is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design social media and email campaigns according to individual properties
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all social and email content such as posts, newsletters, graphics, videos etc.
- Work to grow and deepen brand presence across social platforms and email channels
- Maintain and manage social media and email marketing campaigns for a number of properties
- Suggest and implement strategies and methods for improvement to properties' social and email presence, audience size, and segmentations
- Create portfolio efficiencies while maintaining separate brand voices per property and respective demographic
- Copywriting for various platforms and audiences
- Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs for social media and email marketing efforts
- Support property events through social media photo and video content creation
- Stay up-to-date with social media platforms, email marketing technologies and latest trends
- Community and engagement management and monitoring skills
- Relevant trend identification and adoption where necessary

Education and / or Experience
Required :
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in digital marketing, advertising, journalism or business administration and or 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or related field.Proficiency in CanvaKnowledge of social media management tools and email marketing platforms2+ years of experience with social media marketing and email campaign developmentExperience with content creation for social media and emailExperience with social media and email analyticsProject Management experiencePreferred :
Retail and / or related shopping center experience.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere ProExperience sourcing, negotiating with and booking influencers
