IP Litigation Associate #20142

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in intellectual property litigation, preferably within a large law firm environment. An electrical engineering or computer science or similar undergraduate degree is not required but is a plus. In addition, candidates must have :

• a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction;
• strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, including patents;
• excellent legal research and writing skills;
• ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise recommendations to senior members of the group and clients;
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; and
• proficiency in legal research tools and technology
