Bethany for Children & Families is looking for multiple passionate, caring, and motivated Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our team at Bridgeview Community Mental Health Center in Clinton, Iowa.

Join Our Team as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Clinton, Iowa!

Schedule : Monday - Thursday 9 hour shift, Friday 4 hour shift.

$1,500 Sign-on Bonus for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMSW or tLMHC)

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus for initially Licensed Clinicians (LMSW or tLMHC)

Base Salary is determined by licensure and experience.

• Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Level 1) : $53,675 - $69,952
• Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Level 2) : $56,300 - $75,843
