Paralegal (Plano)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal to join our compliance team out of our Plano office.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Location : This position is onsite at our corporate office : 1800 Preston Park Blvd., Plano, TX 75093

Position Summary :

The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for managing various legal tasks.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to :

• Calendaring
• Legal document preparation
• Conducting research
• Reviewing documents
• Corresponding with outside counsel, and providing other general legal support.
• This position will also work closely with our compliance team while collaborating with other support functions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
