Responsibilities :

Communicate with customers to determine their automotive service needs

Maintain detailed records of service orders and customer interactions

Requirements :

Prior experience as a Service Writer in the automotive industry

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in automotive systems and terminology

Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating service costs
