Our client is a multi state, employee-owned general contractor, specializing in healthcare, aviation, municipal, PK-12 education, arts & hospitality and multi-family.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects in Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring strong MEP field leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate complex building systems with all trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and productivity to keep MEP scopes on track.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve field issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to coordinate installation sequencing.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings, including conflict resolution between trades.
• Maintain site safety, enforce company policies, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and closeout of MEP systems.
