Job : Maintenance Technician

Job description : A maintenance technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of our multifamily apartment communities including the interior units, exterior entrances, common areas, grounds, and amenity areas.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks :

Monument will provide the following compensation :

• Competitive salary : $23.50 - $25.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
