Tire Repair Technician / General Automotive Maintenance Tech

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Tire Repair Technician with basic general automotive maintenance experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with hands-on work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform tire repairs, patches, replacements, and rotations

Conduct basic maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements and greasing equipment

Inspect vehicles for safety concerns or maintenance needs

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about vehicle issues

Maintain accurate logs of services performed

Assist with additional shop tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

Experience with tire mounting, tire patching

Basic automotive maintenance knowledge (oil changes, brakes check, belts, fluids, etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physical labor

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a tire shop, auto shop, or fleet maintenance environment

Ability to identify mechanical concerns

Experience with light mechanical work (oil changes, greasing, belts)
