Financial Analyst (Entry Level)

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate’s degree required.

0-2 years of related experience beyond the degree.

Background in finance, accounting, or banking.

Experience analyzing financial data for compliance or statutory reporting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).

Experience with SAP Concur (expense reports). (Nice Have)

Responsibilities

Analyze data sources involving Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations.

Conduct reviews on cash disbursements, no-charge sales orders, evaluation / demonstration products, sample activities, promotional / educational materials, and aggregate spend.

Review customer visits and training activities.

Manage OneConcur US and Corporate Card activities.

Apply accounting and financial principles to support business needs.

Utilize business application and software skills for daily performance.

Provide technical support and guidance on financial / accounting principles.

Operate independently within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Participate in projects within a financial specialty and complete tasks within time and budget constraints.

Develop recommendations to solve problems of low to moderate complexity.

Collaborate with other analysts, managers, and contacts in assigned divisions and Legal Operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week with flexible hours. Mandatory overtime is expected in January.

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00 / hr.
