A Day in the Life :

As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will empower clients to take informed steps in their financial journeys while nurturing valuable client relationships that enhance loyalty year after year.

This seasonal opportunity allows you to serve clients with varied tax needs, supported by a team dedicated to providing exceptional training and resources for your success.

What You'll Bring :

• Conduct comprehensive tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email)
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and promote additional products and services
• Provide support to clients regarding IRS inquiries
• Offer audit representation if you meet Circular 230 requirements
• Mentor and support fellow team members
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
• Proficiency in preparing individual tax returns
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with various virtual communication tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Meet IRS and applicable state qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
