Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)

Job Summary : Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), where you will provide exceptional, individualized patient care while collaborating with a supportive nursing team. Your proactive approach to maintaining high standards of patient care will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with activities of daily living as per individualized care plans, transport them to activities, provide recreational activities, conduct evaluations, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety : Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Guide families to appropriate professional staff, respond promptly to resident requests, and relay important reports to team members and leaders.

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements : Medium Work - Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, with frequent walking, standing, or squatting involved.

Pay Range : $19.90 - $21.10

Location : DeMay Living Center, Newark, NY 14513

This pay range represents our good-faith estimate of potential base pay for full-time applicants. Pay factors include experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and applicable contracts.
