Insight Global is looking for a Tier I / II Desktop Support Team Lead to act as the first line of defense for all IT tickets and engaging in high customer service activity for a financial / insurance client. This person will be responsible for being the lead point for escalating tickets from the team. They will also be responsible, but not limited to the following :
