Drug Rebate Team Lead

A company is looking for a Drug Rebate Team Lead, responsible for overseeing Drug Rebate operations in support of Medicaid and pharmacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Drug Rebate operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispute resolution

Serve as a subject matter expert for complex rebate, claims, and compliance issues

Monitor workflows, prioritize disputes, and track productivity and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Drug Rebates, Medicaid, pharmacy claims processing, or medical billing

Strong understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance standards

Experience leading or mentoring team members

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools

Extensive experience managing the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program
