Janitorial Manager

Overview

Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. Our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

This is a Full-Time position with 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their region by directing all operational aspects of each job site.
• Uphold all job sites to the highest possible Team MJV standards.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Engage in the proactive development and leadership of team members.
• Identify and follow up on new building service opportunities.
• Assist in the new account start-up process.
• Professionally maintain the representation of Team MJV, its mission, goals, and standards of work.
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment for team members.
