Compensation :

$125,500 - $186,000 yearly

• Show homes to prospective buyers, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in generating new leads by actively participating in community events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain a detailed schedule of showings and appointments to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Provide feedback to the team on client preferences and market trends to refine our strategies.
• Ensure all properties are presented in their best light, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
