Job descriptionServe as a liaison between physicians and patients Conduct patient triage Document in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Prepare patients for procedures Assist physicians with examinations and procedures Assist with patient scheduling as needed Conduct care plan / treatment plan tracking Manage / maintain equipment and supply inventory All other duties as assigned by supervisor or direct management Medical, dental & vision Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital 401(k) Retirement Plan Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) Short and long-term disability Health Spending Account (HSA) Transportation benefits Employee Assistance Program Time Off / Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)
Immediate Medical Assistant Job Opportunity
Opportunity to work with one of the largest oncology centers in the area. Full time opportunity with room for advancement. Monday - Thursday 7 : 45AM-5 : 15PM + Friday 7 : 45AM-12PM $21 / hr Marlton, NJ 08053 Can start immediately.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of medical assistant experience
- Experience handling patient triage / vital signs / injections
- Experience working with EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills
Description :
Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Marlton, NJ.
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
