Operations Delivery Lead
The company N1 Health uses leading AI / ML technology infrastructure, data assets and predictive models to deliver consumer engagement improvements with industry leading healthcare payers and providers to help personalize healthcare experiences and drive individual engagement that leads to better care, better health outcomes and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery teams in driving client objectives and business value
- Establish agile best practices and account controls and consistently meet delivery expectations with high quality bar
- Go onsite and meet with customers to deploy great data science outputs
- Dig into ambiguous problems to identify campaign opportunities and execute them
- Deeply engage with customers to understand business model and operations and drive adoption of agile business practices
- Lead, present, and drive the execution of data-driven recommendations directly to our customers that positively impact member health outcomes
- Develop effective relationships with external customer stakeholders to ensure our joint efforts positively impact members
- Ensure that the product is meeting customer needs and having concrete impact on their operations
- Develop and manage ROI models and be trained in running agile practices with customers
- Present the results of our work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives
Qualifications
Experience designing and deploying project management methodologies to drive process alignment, process improvements and project executionExperience leading teams and building executive relationshipsExperience with leading complex, technology-based solutions for customers that led to outcomes and growthExperience of successfully achieving outcomes across delivery projectsAbility to work in ambiguity and experience of self-motivated accomplishments in a high-pressure environmentExperience presenting compelling, data-driven stories to executive-level business stakeholders or to team / project leadershipAbility to analyze business processes and identify barriers and design prescriptive solutions to get around themExperience building client relationships to launch complex, data driven programsAdaptive and introspective mindset; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
