About the Role

We are seeking a  Lab Technician  to support the operations of a dynamic research lab with a focus on  small molecule purification and analysis . Under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in molecule purification, synthesis support, and lab maintenance.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with experience operating  HPLC systems  and related analytical instrumentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Molecule Purification

• Perform purification of substrates and final compounds using  HPLC  and related techniques
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot purification systems to ensure optimal performance
• Accurately document purification workflows, yields, and results
• Optimize purification processes to improve output and efficiency
