Practice Model : Integrated outpatient clinic with hospital-based coverage

Call Coverage : Shared rotation with established OB / GYN group

Travel : None

Position Summary

A growing, patient-centered women’s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB / GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology within a well-supported, physician-led environment that emphasizes high-quality care, continuity, and collaboration.

The practice integrates ambulatory women’s health services, surgical gynecology, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and efficient administrative staff. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who seek long-term professional growth and want to provide compassionate care through all stages of a woman’s life.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary : $260,000 – $400,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus Plan : Incentive-based compensation tied to productivity and collections
• Sign-On & Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000 depending on candidate needs
