Senior Financial Analyst
Full-Time, Onsite | Central Florida
About the Opportunity
A well-established organization in Central Florida is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted business partner supporting Sales and Marketing leadership . This role provides high visibility across operations and finance, influencing key decisions through thoughtful analysis, modeling, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure campaign effectiveness and sales performance
- Conduct scenario and ROI analyses to evaluate pricing, spend, and promotional decisions
- Prepare management reports and presentations highlighting financial trends and business insights
- Identify and quantify risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and drive data-driven decision making
- Provide root-cause analysis and recommendations to address business challenges
- Collaborate with accounting and reporting teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across divisions
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency
- Participate in special projects and year-end strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reportingExperience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Operations preferredAdvanced Excel skills, with experience building financial models and analyzing large data setsExperience with large-scale ERP systems preferred (Oracle Cloud, SAP, or Workday)Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionWhat Our Client Is Offering
