About the Opportunity

A well-established organization in Central Florida is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted business partner supporting Sales and Marketing leadership . This role provides high visibility across operations and finance, influencing key decisions through thoughtful analysis, modeling, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure campaign effectiveness and sales performance
• Conduct scenario and ROI analyses to evaluate pricing, spend, and promotional decisions
• Prepare management reports and presentations highlighting financial trends and business insights
• Identify and quantify risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and drive data-driven decision making
• Provide root-cause analysis and recommendations to address business challenges
• Collaborate with accounting and reporting teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across divisions
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency
• Participate in special projects and year-end strategic initiatives as assigned
