Dietary Aide

The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a Dietary Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA.

Shift :

Part-Time 6 : 30-2 : 30 or 2 : 30p-8 : 30p

You will work alongside other medical professionals to provide assistance in all food services functions as directed / instructed and in accordance with established food services dietary policies and procedures.

Career development opportunities : Potential to become a Cook or Safe Certified / Certified Dietary Manager, as well as training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities :

Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis

Clean worktables, meat blocks, and refrigerators / freezers, etc.

Assist cook in preparing meals

Serve food trays from cars, and dining rooms. etc., and take to the dishwashing area

Qualifications :

A graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred.
