Key Responsibilities

Own the design and evolution of the AI-driven Decision Engine for personalized care delivery

Translate strategic priorities into actionable product designs and delivery plans

Align engine design with long-term platform goals and support integration of new models and workflows

Required Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, focusing on complex platform systems or AI infrastructure

Proven success in delivering systems with rules engines or AI-powered decision systems

Experience with rules frameworks or workflow engines for dynamic execution paths

Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineers and data scientists

Familiarity with care coordination and clinical decision support mechanisms is preferred
