RN CASE MANAGER - HOME HEALTH | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION :

• Location : Chattanooga TN 37421 – 100% On-site | Fieldwork
• Payrate : $56.14 / hr

Mileage reimbursement : $0.41 per mile

On-call shifts : Every third weekend (required) | On-call pay : $100 / day for weekends and $32 / day for weekdays
