Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic site transitions and manufacturing footprint projects across North America and select international locations.

This position will develop detailed project plans, work with technical resources on product / process specifications, ensure resource availability and allocation, and uses problem solving techniques to deliver every project on time and within budget and scope.

As a highly visible role, you will have direct interaction and give presentations to senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

What You'll Do :

Lead international site changes, including site closures, relocations, and new launches.

Partner with U.S.-based and Mexico-based teams to execute large-scale, people-driven moves.

Drive organizational design and project execution from proposal through completion.

Present project status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership on a biweekly basis.

Build structure and processes in an environment where workflows are not yet fully defined.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : 5+ years in project management with demonstrated success in moving operations or launching new production lines. International experience preferred.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.

Nice to Have : Spanish language proficiency.
