This is an immediate job opportunity for a Hardware Analyst in the Information Technology department.

Location : New York, NY 10065

Department : Desktop Support

Shift : Mon-Fri 8 : 30a-5p (WEEKENDS when required)

Duration : 3+ Month Contract (with the possibility of extension)

Base pay range : $20.00 / hr - $23.00 / hr

Duties

Knowledge of hardware and software of W10, W11, VDI, Tablets, phones, and printers. Provide support to over 1000 users with a positive attitude. Must be a team player, independent, and able to assist users with their software and hardware needs.

Minimum Requirements

• FIT TEST REQUIRED
• 2+ years of experience required
• 2-year degree strongly encouraged
