About the Role :

In this engaging role, you will work onsite from a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually with Intuit TurboTax products. You'll leverage your tax expertise to provide comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and software support. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level will alleviate their stress about taxes, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income, amendments, or investments. As a trusted expert, you'll help clients achieve positive financial outcomes and establish long-term relationships within the community.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise - Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple and complex tax situations to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Cultivate a robust customer base for TurboTax by actively engaging with new prospects and nurturing leads into long-term clients through outreach and local events.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently - Represent TurboTax enthusiastically in your community by hosting events, participating in marketing efforts, and making taxes accessible and approachable.
• Build Relationships - Connect with clients, understanding their financial concerns to turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience - Create exceptional customer experiences by genuinely helping clients achieve their financial goals and addressing their inquiries through personalized communication.
