About the opportunity

Join a fast-moving manufacturing team in Jackson, TN 38305 where precision matters. You’ll be the go-to specialist who ensures our CNC mills and lathes are set up correctly, run reliably, and produce parts that meet exacting standards.

What you’ll do

Set up CNC mills and lathes following engineering drawings and specifications.
Operate equipment, verify dimensions, and adjust feeds / speeds to stay within tolerance.
Perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues to minimize downtime.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan machining operations.
Record production results and machine performance metrics accurately.
Partner with teammates to shorten setup times and elevate throughput and quality.
Follow safety procedures and keep the work area orderly and compliant.

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC education / certification preferred.

Proven background as a CNC Machinist or Operator.

Confidence reading prints and understanding geometric features.

Solid understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.

Comfort using precision gauges (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Team-first communicator who collaborates effectively.
