Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies

Run weekly governance ceremonies and manage project reporting, including KPIs and executive updates

Own data migration plans and orchestrate integrations with trading partners and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations

Experience delivering integrations between ERP / HCM and trading partners or legacy applications

Strong understanding of ERP / HCM project mechanics including data conversion and change control

Working knowledge of FBDI / ADFDI, OIC / ETL, and REST / SOAP

Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
