Client Success Specialist - Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

We have a newly created position for a bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist. This is an excellent career opportunity with an excellent organization that is focused on making a difference. Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, aiming for a first-call resolution. Handle customer issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• One on one trainings with providers on childcare measurement software
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer issues and recommend solutions.
