This position is in office and not remote.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all digital marketing assets and campaigns in collaboration with the sales field and product line team.

Manage digital marketing platforms (Hootsuite, GA4, WordPress, NetSuite Suite Commerce, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram) and create content as needed.

Analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; identify key data points and trends; report insights as necessary.

Lead graphic and asset coordination for Forney Industries websites and social sites; work with internal and external content support.

Develop short video and / or video editing content for corporate sites and social media.

Collaborate with the team to anticipate potential conflicts within commercial and consumer workflows; thrive as a team player and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

Digital Strategy

Develop and execute digital content and campaigns for target audiences.

Analyze trends with GA4 and other analytics tools.

Maintain and update marketing content on Forneyind.com and IndustrialPro.net (SuiteCommerce and / or HTML a plus).

Maintain the companys email list; assist with social media strategy and paid initiatives.

Develop strategies based on standard practices and digital trends within budget constraints.

Work closely with Product Line Team; coordinate with consulting and PR to build brand and community.

Email / Web Coordination

Maintain marketing content and creative assets on Forneyind.com and IndustrialPro.net.

Execute acquisition and retention email campaigns to grow the email channel.

Use email tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content; optimize campaigns through testing and segmentation.

Support digital content with SEO-friendly copy; review and analyze tracking tools including Google Analytics.

Report progress weekly, monthly, quarterly as requested.

Digital Creative

Create graphics and content for digital campaigns; oversee look and feel of all digital platforms; ensure brand consistency.

Develop HTML email campaigns and strategies to expand presence and engagement.

Social Media Coordination

Develop and maintain social messaging calendars; manage day-to-day operations of primary platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest).

Stay current on social media trends and monitor brand health.

Video / Photography Coordination

Proficient with DSLR / Camcorder and photo / video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).

Knowledge of editing techniques and file formats; organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects within budget.

Education And / Or Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Web Design, or similar field.

Minimum of 2 years in public relations / social media or marketing in a consumer products goods industry preferred.

Platforms & Skills

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Bridge, Acrobat); Microsoft Office; Google Analytics; Google Ads; MailChimp.

Familiarity with SuiteCommerce, NetSuite, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok; HTML for website / email design a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects; strong SEO-oriented writing and reporting skills.

Knowledge of metalworking and welding is a plus.
