What Youll Do
Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of content across multiple channels (website, blog, social, video, webinars, and more)
Develop and execute a content strategy that supports demand generation, thought leadership, customer marketing, and brand positioning campaigns
Collaborate with product marketing, growth, sales, and strategy consultants to deliver content that resonates with customer needs at every stage of the journey
Create high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and campaign creative
Experiment with new content formatsparticularly video and visually driven contentto expand our storytelling reach
Leverage SEO, analytics, and AI Optimization to ensure visibility and discoverability in the age of generative AI
Apply visual design skills to enhance the impact and consistency of content across channels
What Were Looking For
5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketing technology
Proven ability to build and run a content engine end-to-endfrom strategy to execution
Strong storytelling skills with experience creating engaging content in multiple formats
Familiarity with AI Optimization (AIO) and how it shapes discoverability and reach
Visual design skills (e.g., layout, branding, and creative design tools) to bring campaigns to life
A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional lifeor an eagerness to learn
Wed Be Delighted If You Also Have
Experience creating or managing video content
Work Location & Travel
Airships Digital First approach means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Flexible work contributes to a more productive and equitable environment, with collaboration across different locations and timezones.
Some roles may require work from a specific location to support business activities, or proximity to an Airship office, customer, or partner locations. This position is
fully remote
and may require
up to 10%
travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager.
Compensation
Airships compensation is determined by factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of total compensation and depends on relevant skills, experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. The starting base pay range for this position is :
$100,000 - $120,000 USD per year . Some roles may be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Equity is also offered with this role, and Airship provides a robust benefits package as part of Total Rewards.
