Job Description :

The Blizzard Animation team is looking for a Senior Cinematic Producer with proven experience producing animation visual effects or game trailers. A successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of a variety of animation pipelines exhibit outstanding communication skills and have relevant experience leading a team of digital artists to successfully deliver the assigned content on time on budget and a level of quality that Blizzard is known for.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine CA. However we understand each persons circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore other possible options including remote work arrangements.

This is a 12-month temporary position.

What You Bring to the Table

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours so this role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities :

• Handle the daily flow of communication for their given project(s) including organizing dailies taking / distributing notes active participation as part of show leadership and help maintain crew and studio morale
• Create and manage project schedules budgets track tasks and deadlines as needed
• Organize meetings that facilitate creative discussions between Blizzard Animation Game Development Teams and any support teams as necessary
• Work with other departments to determine scope as well as schedule localization sound post and marketing needs for the project(s)
• Ensure that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks / assignments including but not limited to assets and tools
• Set goals for department and project deliverables and communicate progress to team members upper management game development and support teams by creating weekly / monthly reports and milestone check-ins

You can learn more by visiting the U.S. the standard base pay range for this role is $80800.00 - $149400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
