Client Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries related to claims, billing, and eligibility with professionalism and accuracy
• Support Account Managers by coordinating benefit marketing, renewals, and compliance documentation across medical and ancillary carriers
• Maintain and update client records in Brokerage Builder using carrier documents, billing statements, and policy information
• Ensure quality and compliance by adhering to established procedures and delivering error-free work through detailed review
• Foster client relationships through formal, service-oriented communication and consistent task execution in a collaborative team environment

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
