Sonographers perform exams using high frequency sound waves to produce real-time visual images of organs, soft tissues, and blood flow within the body according to physicians' orders.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program required.
Certification / Licensure : ARDMS Registered or registry eligible in the following areas : Abdomen, OB / GYN, breast, vascular, and adult echocardiography. Experience : Two years' experience in a rural hospital setting preferred.
Shift : Per-Diem, Day Shift, Variable Monday-Saturday
SALARY : $41.72- $69.73 + 10% in lieu of benefits, DOE
